The emergence of all the concepts and ideas around the Industry 4.0 and the systems hyper-connectivity, has led to the necessity of creating a specific area inside de group to give an answer to the paradigm change. Therefore, we offer solutions related to the architectures definition for Internet of Things networks and Cyber-physical systems or complete Big Data applications, without forgetting about other fields like the Digital Twins.

From this necessity, in 2017 Delta Digital Systems arises, a new specific area in the Iturcemi group, from which we offer to our clients, the trust of projects entirely done by the Iturcemi’s staff but adapted to the new industrial paradigm.

• IoT Arquitectures: we offer the solutions definition and implementation of Internet of Things at an industrial level, looking for, as main objective, the total connectivity of all the data acquisition and processing systems available in the plants, to be collected by output gateways and after, they will be sent to processing platforms.
• Big Data Solutions: complete platforms for the acquisition, storage and subsequent data processing once they are collected by the IIoT network. “Edge Computing” applications definition and creation installed in the gateways at plant level to carry out monitoring activities related to consumption, states or even anomaly or possible failures detection.
• Level 2 Processes Optimization: comprehensive solutions to optimize the industrial processes at plant level.
